2016
As a junior, Nugent appeared in 10 games following a return from a leg injury suffered as a sophomore… scored six goals (1-for-3 from free position), picked up a ground ball, and caused a turnover… scored multiple goals in wins over Saint Mary’s College (March 20) and San Diego State (April 2).
2015
As a sophomore Nugent appeared in three games before suffering a leg injury that would sideline her for the remainder of the season… scored one goal, one assist, one ground ball, and one caused turnover in the three games… scored her lone goal against Northwestern (Feb. 7)… caused a turnover and picked up a ground ball in USC’s 17-6 win over Fresno State (Feb. 24).
2014
As a freshman, Nugent appeared in three games and scored four goals… finished season with four points on six shots, and one ground ball.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB
Nugent was a four-year lacrosse letterwinner at Shawnee High School… as a senior, named US Lacrosse All-American and Academic All-American… South Jersey Attacker of the Year, First-Team All-State, and First-Team All-South Jersey… First-Team All-Olympic Conference… named US Lacrosse All-American Honorable Mention as a junior… as a junior, selected for Academic All-American… Woman’s Lacrosse club of SJ Attacker of the year as a senior… also played soccer and was team captain… chosen for Shawnee Female Athlete of the Year and the Shawnee Sportsmanship Award… played club lacrosse for South Jersey Select for four years.

Shannon Taylor Nugent was born on Dec. 21, 1994, in Philadelphia, Pa.… parents are Chuck and Connie Nugent… has one sister, Glade, who is a twin and plays defense for the USC lacrosse team… majoring in human performance with interest in entering the medical field upon graduation.
