THIS SEASON: Kindle Van Linge, a 2015 freshman, is a versatile swimmer specializing in the fly and back who will look to make an imprint on the Trojans in her first year on the squad.
HIGH SCHOOL: Van Linge, who prepped at Menlo Atherton High, was a prep All-American in the 100y fly and a member of the 2014 USA Swimming Scholastic All-America Team ... She was a 2014 CIF Central Coast Section finalist in the 100y fly and won the `B' final of the 100y back. At the 2013 CIF meet, she was fourth in the 100y fly and seventh in the 100y back. In 2012, she was eighth in both the 100y fly and the 200y IM.
CLUB: Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics.
PERSONAL: She plans to major in business administration.
