2025 (Track and Field): Competed in the 1500m throughout the outdoor track season…Set a PR at the Battle at the Beach (Mar. 4) with a time of 4:48.38 in the 1500m.
2024 (Cross Country): Competed in four meets…Ran a time of 14:49.7 and placed 36th at the Waves Invite (Aug. 30)...Placed 51st at the Dave Murray Invitational (Sept. 28).
2023 (Cross Country): Spoden ran in four of the five meets during the cross country season for the Trojans...Opened with a time of 22:57.3 to finish 25th at the LMU South Bay Twilight Meet (6K) on Sept. 1...Set her 6K personal best of 22:30.1 and was one of USC’s scoring runners at the Highlander Invitational on Oct. 14...Competed for USC at the Pac-12 Championships (6K) and had a time of 23:43.1...Did not compete in the outdoor track and field season due to injury.
