CAREER: In his four-year career (3 seasons at Michigan State and 1 season at USC), he saw action in in 35 games. He has recorded 12 tackles and 2 fumble recoveries.

2024: Pepper saw action in all 13 games as USC’s starting long snapper as a redshirt junior in 2024. He tallied 9 fair catches forced, 6 downed punts and 3 tackles. He also recorded a crucial play against Wisconsin by recovering a muffed punt at the Badgers' 30-yard line. This play by Pepper gave the Trojans a short field which ultimately resulted in a USC score. He was double teamed or blocked in coverage multiple times throughout the season showing his impact on punt coverage. He recorded 1 tackle against LSU and 2 tackles against Nebraska. He was named to the All-Big Ten Third Team.
MICHIGAN STATE: In 2023, he started at long snapper in first 4 games of the season to preserve his redshirt season. He recorded 1 fumble recovery.
As a sophomore in 2022, he started at long snapper in the first 5 games of the season, but missed the final 7 games with an injury. He collected 5 tackles.
As a freshman in 2021, he served as Michigan State’s starting long snapper in all 13 games for the Spartans. He tallied 4 tackles.
HIGH SCHOOL: Pepper, a three-star recruit, was ranked as the No. 1 long snapper in the nation by 247Sports and No. 2 by ESPN. He was touted as the No. 39 player in the state of Arizona by ESPN and No. 63 by 247Sports. He was also recognized as one of the top linebackers in the state of Arizona.
As a senior in 2020, he was named the 6A Conference Premier Region Defensive Player of the Year after recording 108 tackles in 10 games, including 8 for loss (with 3 sacks), 3 forced fumbles, 3 PBUs and 1 fumble recovery. He was selected to the MaxPreps All-State First Team and was named the Chandler Unified School District Defensive Player of the Year. He helped the Wolves to an undefeated 10-0 record and their fifth consecutive state championship, including their second straight Open Division state title.
As a junior in 2019, he recorded 44 tackles, including 5 TFLs, 2 PBUs and 1 INT.
