PERSONAL: Hillenburg earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cornell in the spring of 2025. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Analytics at USC. He was named to the 2023, 2024 and 2025 Midwest Conference All-Academic Team. He was part of the Maroons of Character program at Chicago led by the Hyde Park Institute that pairs football players with mentors to build character both on and off of the field.
