HIGH SCHOOL: Dillingham most recently competed at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 50 LCM freestyle (22.55) … His time of 19.52 in the 50y free made him the fastest in the Class of 2023 recruits … A Junior National Team member with appearances at the 2022 Junior Pan Pacs and 2023 Junior World Championships … As a senior at Mountain View Senior High, Dillingham was the Oregon 6A state champion in the 50 and 100 free … Set the Oregon state records in the 50 LCM and 50y freestyle.

- At the 2025 Big Ten Championships, Dillingham was 12th in the 50y free (19.24/19.22), 32nd in the 100y free (44.09) and 35th in the 100y fly (49.00). He helped USC to a fifth-place finish in both the 200y free relay (leadoff) and 400y free relay (anchor). Dillgham also anchored USC’s 200y medley relay which finished sixth.
- At NCAA’s, Dillingham helped USC to an 18th place finish in the 200y medley relay (anchor leg), 19th place finish in the 200y free relay (leadoff) and 25th place finish in the 400y free relay (anchor leg).
