High School: Cheng joins the Trojans after prepping at Diamond Bar High School where he was a two-time 2019 California CIF Southern Division 4 individual champion. Cheng won both the 100y fly (49.46) and 100y back (52.41). Most recently, Cheng was a finalist in the 100y fly at the 2021 CIF Southern Division 1 Section Championships, finishing third in the 100y fly (49.08) … Three-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American
