HIGH SCHOOL: Hayes scored 57 goals to help Foothill High reach the CIF final as a senior... An All-American in water polo and swimming as a senior... Named to All-CIF Division I second team and All-Seaview League first team as a senior... Received All-CIF honorable mention and named to all-league second team his junior year...An OC Register Scholar Athlete in 2005.
