THIS YEAR:
Freshman Falyn Lott is in her first season as a jumper and multi-event athlete with the USC track and field team.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Lott is a 2024 graduate of Panther Creek High in Texas. She has personal bests of 20-10.50 in the long jump, 5-10.00 (1.77m) in the high jump, 14.03 in the 100m hurdles, 41.76 in the 300m hurdles and 5058 in the heptathlon. Lott’s long jump mark ranked third among all high school women in 2024. She won the 2024 Texas 4A 300m hurdles title and won four medals at the UIL track and field state meet, earning Athlete of the Meet honors. Her winning time of 41.76 in the 300m hurdles set the meet record. She also won the Texas 4A long jump title and placed second in the high jump and 100m hurdles. She scored 4,882 points in the heptathlon and placed sixth in the event at the 2023 USATF U20 Championships.

Falyn was born on June 19, 2006 in Texas…Her parents are Fey and James Lott and she has two siblings, Jasmyn and Jalen…Her brother is a high school football standout…Her sister competes for the UNLV women’s basketball team...Her mother played basketball at Texas (1989-93) and her father competed in track and field and football at Texas (1983-87) where he won four NCAA track and field titles, earning him selection into the Texas Athletics Hall of Fame….She says her parents are her sports heroes…Falyn’s interests include reading, painting and shopping…Her favorite musical artists are Frank Ocean and The Weeknd…Her favorite food is Chick fil-A…Someday she would like to travel to Brazil, Dubai and Egypt…After school would like to compete professionally and become a business entrepreneur in the fashion industry…She is a Business Administration major at USC.
