2025 (Track and Field): Competed in the 1500m and 3000m throughout the outdoor track season…Placed fifth in the 3000m at the Trojan Invite (Mar. 22)...Set a new PR in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays (Apr. 19) with a time of 4:37.94…Placed fourth at the USC-UCLA dual meet (May 4) with a career-best of 10:37.98 in the 3000m.
2024 (Cross Country): Competed in all five meets during the fall season…Placed 21st in her first appearance of the season at the Waves Invite (Aug. 30)...Set a career-best time of 22:35.5 at the Highlander Invitational (Oct. 19).
2024 (Track and Field): Competed in four outdoor meets during the season...Posted a season-best 1500m time of 4:42.92 to place eighth at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 19...Placed seventh in the 1500m with a time of 4:47.74 at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on April 28...Ran her first two collegiate 800m races during the season...Competed in one meet during the indoor season, running the one-mile race (5:13.39) at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Meet on Jan. 24.
2023 (Cross Country): Ran in the first three meets of the 2023 cross country season...Posted a 6K personal best of 23:03.6 at the Highlander Invitational on Oct. 14.
2023 (Track and Field): Competed in five meets during the outdoor season...Set her 1500m PR of 4:39.83 at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 14.
2022 (Cross Country): Competed in three cross country meets, her first three 6K cross country races...Posted her best time of 23:50.8 at the Bronco Invitational...Selected to compete at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships, finishing sixth among the Trojans.
2021-22: Redshirted in both cross country and track and field.
HIGH SCHOOL: 2021 graduate of Chino Hills High in Chino Hills, Calif...Had an 800m PR of 2:11.66 and a 1600m best of 4:42.58...Recorded a 3-mile best of 16:40.5...Won the CIF SS Div. I 1600m title and placed third in the State Meet as a freshman...Closed strong to win the 2019 California State Meet 1600m title with her PR of 4:42.58 which ranked No. 1 for California and No. 5 in the U.S. among high schoolers...Put her speed on display in the 800m, winning her first nine races at that distance last year, including a 2:11.66 PR to win the CIF-SS Division 1 title, ranked No. 12 overall in California...Achieved CIF SS champion in the 1600m in 2018 and 2019 and ran on the CIF SS 4x400m relay champion team in 2018...2019 Brooks PR qualifier...Received the Chino Hills Scholar-Athlete Award.
PERSONAL: Jacqueline was born on Aug. 10, 2003 in Fullerton, Calif….Her parents are Marco and Maria Duarte and she has three siblings, Nigel, Damian and Isabella…She was also a top-notched soccer recruit and had received offers prior to deciding to focus on track…Her hobbies include soccer, hiking and biking…She volunteered for the Catechetical Student Body at her church and served with the Best Beddies Club throughout high school which worked with special needs students…Her favorite movies are The Greatest Showman and Crazy Rich Asians…Says Brenda Martinez is her sports hero and a mentor who shows you can overcome anything…Her favorite food is pasta…Would like to travel to Bali someday…She is a Communication major at USC.
