Bio
THIS YEAR: Sophomore Jordan Washington is in her second season as a sprinter on the USC track and field team.
2024: Washington competed in one outdoor meet during her freshman campaign. She placed 11th in the 100m dash with a time of 12.30 (+1.1) at the Beach Opener on March 2.
HIGH SCHOOL: Washington is a 2023 graduate of Junipero Serra High in Gardena, Calif. She has outdoor PRs of 11.55 in the 100m and 23.68 in the 200m. She has indoor PRs of 7.61 in the 60m and 24.62 in the 200m. She ran the leadoff leg on Junipero Serra’s 4x100m relay which ran 45.77 to place second at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 15, 2023. Placed third in the 100m with a time of 11.62w and sixth in the 200m with a time of 24.16w at the 2022 CIF State Meet. She was an honor roll student at Junipero Serra.
PERSONAL: Jordan was born on June 30, 2005 in Long Beach, Calif.…Her mother is LaTisha Williams and she had two older brothers, Jamon and Chris Bellard, and a younger sister, Kendall Washington…Did community service through her aunt’s restaurant Karmas Soul Food Kitchen…Her hobbies include painting, listening to music, playing video games and baking…Her favorite actor is Kevin Hart, musical artists are Kendrick, BTS, and Jhene, movies are Princess and the Frog, Lilo and Stitch and television shows are Stranger Things, Sweet Tooth, Big City Greens and Barbie: Life In The Dreamhouse…Her favorite foods are burgers, burritos, tacos, quesadillas and hot links…Someday would like to travel to Thailand…She is an Exploratory major and after school would like to help those in need, no matter the age, race, gender or disability.
