USC Track and Field welcomed Noah Keeter as the Director of Operations in January 2026.

Keeter comes from Louisiana State University where he served as an Assistant Director of Football Operations starting in March 2025. Prior to LSU, Keeter was a graduate assistant at the University of Florida within athletic operations and facilities where he worked primarily with football as a liaison for visiting teams and served as the assistant game manager for several sports.

Keeter got his start in athletic operations as an undergraduate at Florida where he earned his B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in Sport Management. Keeter was a Division I football student-athlete for four seasons, earning a spot on the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
