Bio
At USC:
Angel Vallier (Val-yay) is in her first season as a cross country runner for USC. She transferred to USC from Saddleback with two seasons of eligibility remaining.
Before USC:
Vallier graduated from Saddleback College in May of 2017. She was the captain of the woman cross country and track team at Saddleback from 2016-2017. She set the woman’s 1500m record and was OEC All-conference for cross country and track and field both seasons at Saddleback. She placed 15th individually (13th in scoring) at the 2016 CCCAA Cross Country State Meet with a time of 18:54.2 and Saddleback finished 5th as a team. She placed ninth in the steeplechase at the state meet her freshman season at Saddleback. She also finished second in the 1500m and 800m at 2017 OEC championships. She has PRs of 2:17.87 in the 800m and 4:43.08 in the 1500m.
High School:
Vallier is a 2015 graduate of Mission Viejo High in Mission Viejo, Calif. He best three-mile cross country time was 19:59 at the Irvine Regional Park in 2015.

Angel (Angelica) was born on April 14, 1997 in Mission Viejo, Calif...Her parents are Lynda and Peter Vallier and she has three siblings, Marta, P.J. and Ben...Likes baking and spending time with her family and friends...Enjoys all types of music, but list country music as her favorite...Her favorite actor is Will Ferrell...Her favorite types of food are Italian and Mexican and she is especially fond of mint chocolate chip ice cream...Says her sports hero is her sister Marta because she is gutsy and fierce in running marathons triathlons and iron man competitions and has inspired her as distance runner and in all that she does...Vallier is a Psychology major and Education minor at USC.
