Amanda Flayhan is a redshirt junior attacker for the Women of Troy.
2018
Flayhan did not play her sophomore season due to injury.
2017
As a redshirt freshman, Flayhan appeared in 11 games and started in a win against Stetson (Feb. 26)… scored six goals and had two assists… shot 8-of-14 for a .571 SOG percentage… picked up five ground balls, three draw controls, and caused two turnovers… scored multiple goals in two games: Fresno State (March 31) and California (April 2).
2016 | MICHIGAN
As a freshman at Michigan, Flayhan redshirted due to a knee injury suffered in 2015 fall competition… recipient of the U-M Athletic Academic Achievement award.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB
Flayhan was a four-year letterwinner at John Jay High School… a two-time U.S. Lacrosse High School All-American as a junior and senior—the first female in John Jay history to become a two-time All-American… three-time selection for All-Section, All-League, and All-County honors (2013-15)… two-time MSG Varsity All-Hudson Valley/Westchester First Team (2014-15) and two-time All-Metro Team (N.Y., N.J., Conn.) in 2014-15… a four-time N.Y. State Public High School Athletic Association Scholar-Athlete (2012-15)… served as her high school’s team captain twice and finished her career as the second-leading scorer in school history with 179 goals and 117 assists… helped lead John Jay to Section I championship and to the N.Y. State semifinals as a sophomore… played three years for Metro Magic Blue.
