As a freshman, DeFeo appeared in four games and scored her only goal in a win over California on March 30.

DeFeo was a three-year letterwinner at Severna Park High School… school record holder for career assists and assists in a season… as a senior captain, led SPHS to an appearance in the Maryland State Championship… chosen to participate in the 2014 Brine Underclassman All-American Tournament… won the state championship with lacrosse as a sophomore… also lettered three seasons with basketball and field hockey… won a field hockey state championship as a sophomore and junior; and a basketball sectional championship as a senior…played three years for Integrity Lacrosse Club.

Kathryn Mary DeFeo was born on May 18, 1999, in Annapolis, Md.… parents are Matt and Jeanne DeFeo… has three brothers named Patrick, Brendan, and Colin; and one sister named Meghan… is a talented videographer, vlogger, and editor… names NBA All-Star Kevin Garnett as her biggest sports hero… father Matt DeFeo had an un-credited appearance in the Steven Spielberg film Jaws… undeclared major with aspirations to become a professional videographer.
