2016
As a junior, Ruland appeared in USC’s season opener against Stetson and scored a hat trick to go with two ground balls and two caused turnovers… took three shots to score her three goals and secured the game-winning goal… left the team after that game.
2015
As a sophomore, Ruland appeared in 16 games for the Trojans and finished the season with 20 points (13g, 7a)… added nine ground balls and two caused turnovers… was 2-for-2 on free-position attempts and had a .821 shots-on-goal percentage… scored one game-winning goal… tied her career high with a hat trick in USC’s 20-7 win over Saint Mary’s College (Mar. 20).
2014
As a freshman, Ruland played in 17 of USC’s 18 games and made 16 starts… scored 29 goals (second on the team) to go with seven assists (third), and 36 total points (third)… grabbed seven ground balls and caused one turnover… scored in all but one game… scored hat tricks in three games: vs. UC Davis (March 14), vs. Oregon (April 18), and vs. Stanford (April 20).

Ruland was a four-time lacrosse letterwinner at Milton Academy… US Lacrosse All-America First Team in 2011 and 2012… chosen for Georgia All-State honors in 2009-10… named Nike/US Lacrosse Player of the Year as a senior… Under Armour All-American… ESPN Rise Top 50 as a junior… Nike/US Lacrosse South Player of the Year… PrepZone/ASC HS Lacrosse Player of the Year… led Milton to four Georgia State championship tournaments and three straight state titles with an average of four goals per game… played club lacrosse with X-Team for five years and with Eagle Stix for four years.

Annalise Cooke Ruland was born on March 15, 1995, in Indianapolis, Ind.… parents are Mike and Elisa Ruland… father Mike won a lacrosse national championship with UMBC… uncle Dan Ruland starred for the James Madison basketball team and was later drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in 1983… has one brother, Zachary… undecided major.
