NATIONAL TEAMS: Jimenez was a member of the Mexican Under-17 National Team... Helped Mexico finish first at 2010 CONCACAF World Cup qualifying tournament.
HIGH SCHOOL: Jimenez was named to the all-area first team by the San Gabriel Valley Tribune as a senior out of San Dimas (Calif.) High... Finished career undefeated in league play... Also earned All-CIF Southern Section honors in 2012.. A two-time all-league honoree and league all-academic recipient... Team reached CIF Division VI Championship game in 2011... Played in 69 games with 61 career goals and 38 assists... Played club for Real SoCal, LAFC and Crown City... Active in student government, an honor student.
PERSONAL: Jimenez is majoring in kinesiology and hopes to pursue a career as a sports medicine physician... Parents are Alvaro and Lourdes... Has two siblings, Christian and Israel... Brother Christian played collegiate soccer at South Florida and professionally for Chivas USA and Real Salt Lake... Lists Mia Hamm as her biggest sports hero...
