- Ranked the No. 55 forward nationally and the No. 10 player in Northern California by Top Drawer Soccer

- Mom was a swimmer at Stanford University and a two-time Olympian ('92, '96)

- Grandfather Tim Walsh played baseball and basketball at San Jose State before spending two minor league seasons for the Oakland Athletics (75-’77)
- Aunt Kerri Walsh Jennings played volleyball at Stanford University before competing professionally and becoming a five-time Olympian (’00, ’04, ’08, ’12, '16)
- Aunt Barbara Franco Borges was a swimmer at the University of Florida and a two-time Olympian ('92, '96)
- Uncle Gustavo Borges was a swimmer at the University of Michigan and a four-time Olympian ('92, '96, ‘00, ‘04)
