High School: Henderson, a sprinter from Ontario, swam at the 2019 World Junior Championships and won three bronze medals on relays. In individual events in Budapest, she was fourth in the 100 fly (59.06), sixth in the 50yfree (25.33) and 10th in the 100 free (55.47) ... Canadian national junior team member.

Personal: Born January 25, 2002 to parents Tara and Jeff Henderson.

- Named to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll
- Did not compete during the 2023-24 season (injury related)
- CSCAA All-Amerrican Honorable Mention (200y medley relay, 400y medley relay and 400y free relay)
- CSCAA Scholar All-America (First Team)
- At Pac-12’s, Henderson tied with USC’s Anicka Delgado for 5th in the 50y free (22.30), and placed 7th in the 100y backstroke (53.05) and 10th in the 200y backstroke (1:54.42). She also helped USC to third-place finishes in the 200y freestyle relay and 400y freestyle relay, and participated in the 400y medley relay (free leg)
- At the NCAA Championships, Henderson placed 32nd in the 50y free (22.31) and 42nd in the 100y free (48.87). She also helped USC to tenth-place finishes in the 200y medley relay and 400y medley relay (free legs), and an 11th place finish in the 400y free relay
- Named to Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll
- Represented Canada at the 2023 World Aquatics Championships
2021-22 SEASON:
- Swam on the Trojans 19th place relay in the 400y free at NCAA’s (third leg - 3:13.81). Individually, she finished 37th in the 100y free (48.76) and 47th in the 50y free (22.51)
- At Pac-12’s, Henderson was a two-time conference A-finalist, finishing fifth in both the 50y free (22.22) and 100y free (48.44). She was also 12th in the 100y back (53.54) and appeared in USC’s 400y free relay (3:11.82) that finished second
- Named to Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll
