As a senior transfer from UC Irvine, Geiger played in 18 matches with six starts and appeared in 52 sets… finished the season with 54 kills (1.04 kps) and a team-high .418 hitting percentage… collected 51 blocks (0.98 bps) to rank second on the team… recorded season highs of 11 kills and 17 attacks at Arizona State (Oct. 7)… reached a career high of eight blocks against Northern Iowa (Sept. 1) and had a career-high six digs against Central Arkansas (Dec. 1) in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

In her final season (2016) at UC Irvine, Geiger started in all 31 matches and played 118 sets to finish with 228 kills (1.93 kps) and 91 blocks (0.77 bps)… scored a career-high 19 kills in two matches (Sept. 15 at Fresno State; Sept. 24 vs. Long Beach State)… matched her career high twice with seven blocks (Sept. 7 at San Diego State; Sept. 8 at San Diego)… did not play in 2015… as a sophomore in 2014, saw action in 33 sets and collected 37 kills and 18 blocks (two solo, 16 assists)… scored then-career highs with eight kills and seven blocks against Utah State (Sept. 6, 2014)… utilized a redshirt season in 2013 as a freshman… named a Big West Scholar-Athlete.

Geiger prepped at Santa Margarita HS in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.… voted a 2013 Orange County All-Star… named to the All-Trinity League second team twice… helped lead her team to two league championships and the Cougar Classic Gold Vision championship in 2010… voted the Tesoro Tournament’s Co-MVP in 2009… also ran track as a sophomore and finished second in the high jump at the Laguna Beach Invitational.
