In her 2006 junior season, Bishop made 15 starts in 28 matches and 81 games...averaged 1.15 kills, 0.81 digs and 0.98 blocks per game...tied a career-high with nine blocks and set a career high with eight block assists on Sept. 22 at Oregon...also had a season-high eight digs in the match at Oregon...recorded a season-high 10 kills along with a service ace and six total blocks on Oct. 27 at Washington State...had a season-high 14.5 points in the match at Washington State...hit .625 (5-0-8) with two digs and two blocks on Nov. 3 against Arizona...recorded 11.5 points with six kills, three service aces and four blocks (1-3=4) against BYU on Dec. 1 in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. 2005
As a 2005 sophomore, Bishop played in 25 matches and 92 games...averaged 1.38 kills, 2.43 digs and a team-leading 0.97 blocks per game...registered three double-doubles (kills and digs) during the season...recorded 11 kills and 13 digs on Sept. 9 against No. 19 Notre Dame at the UTSA Dome Rally in San Antonio...had 10 kills and seven blocks (two solo, five assisted) on Sept. 30 in the win at No. 17 UCLA...had 10 kills and a career-high 16 kills in a four-game win on Oct. 28 against No. 22 UCLA...recorded career-highs with 12 kills and 17.0 points on Nov. 3 at Oregon...her seven service aces on Nov. 18 at Arizona was a career high, one short of the school record for most in a match...had double figures in kills in five of her final six matches...recorded a career-high nine blocks (three solo, six assisted) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Dec. 2 against UC Santa Barbara. 2004
In her 2004 freshman season, Bishop appeared in seven matches and played in 10 games...averaged 1.10 kills, 1.00 digs and 0.40 blocks per outing...made her first collegiate appearance on Aug. 27 in the season opener against Georgia Tech...her best performance of the season came on Nov. 19 against Oregon, where she registered seven kills on nine attempts for a .667 attack percentage in two games played...she also contributed with seven digs and one block against the Ducks.

Bishop is a 2004 graduate of Terre Haute (Ind.) South Vigo High...four-year volleyball letterwinner and two-year basketball letterwinner at forward...broke school record with 1,058 career kills...helped prep team advance to the volleyball state regional finals in 2001 and 2002...also led Terre Haute South to the 2002 Class 4A state championships in basketball...a 2004 Volleyball Magazine Fab 50 selection and 2003 Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year...three-time (2003, 2002, 2001) all-state and All-MIC conference first team selection, and four-time All-Vigo County first team pick...named Vigo County MVP and Indiana All-Star as a junior and senior...a three-year member of the USA Volleyball Girls Youth National Team...2002 USA squad captured the NORCECA gold medal and 2003 team finished fourth at the World Championships in Poland...she played club volleyball for Crossroads of America (1996-99) and Circle City (2000-04)...two-time AAU All-American (1998, 1999)...also earned various academic accolades, including 2003 all-state academic second team honors...member of the National Honor Society and German Honor Society.
