2023-24 SEASON:
HIGH SCHOOL: Representing both the Greater Ottawa Kingfish Swim Club and Team Canada, the three-time National Age Group record holder won the 200m IM, 400m IM, and open water events at the 2019 Canadian Junior Championships – also placing fourth in the 100m and 200m breaststroke ... At the 7th FINA World Junior Championships in 2019, McMillan hit a 2:15.85 in the prelims of the 200m, earning 8th and a 2:16.04 in the final ... At the Canadian Swimming Trials in 2019, she placed 13th and 16th in the 200m IM and 400m IM, respectively ... At the BC Winter Provincial Championships, McMillan earned three gold and four silver medals, and was the 200 SCM IM champion at the Ontario Junior International Meet.

PERSONAL: Born March 12, 2004 to parents Morag and Casey McMillan ... Father played for USC Varsity Hockey ... Majoring in business administration with hopes to become a corporate lawyer.

- Did not compete during the 2023-24 season (took the year off to train with Canada national team).
- At Pac-12’s, McMillan finished 14th in the 200y IM (1:59.35), 7th in the 400y IM (4:11.79) and 16th in the 200y backstroke (2:00.84). She also participated in the 400y free relay.
- At the NCAA Championships, McMillan placed 42nd in the 400y IM (4:11.79), 51st in the 200y backstroke (2:02.72) and 62nd in the 200y IM (2:02.69).
