• CSCAA First Team All-American (800y free relay)
• CSCAA Second Team All-American (200y free, 400y medley relay, 400y free relay).
• At the 2026 NCAA Championships, Maier finished 17th in the 100y free (47.59), 31st in the 50y freestyle (22.10), and 10th in the 200y freestyle (1:42.87). In relays, she helped the Women of Troy finish 11th in the 400y free relay (lead-off), 15th in the 400y medley relay (anchor), and seventh in the 800y freestyle relay (lead-off)
• At the 2026 Big Ten Championships, Nicole Maier finished fourth in the 100y freestyle A final (47.83), fourth in the 200y freestyle championship final (1:43.19). She also helped the Women of Troy finish sixth in the 400y medley relay (anchor), 8th in the 200y freestyle relay (2nd leg)
