STOCKTON, Calif. - Brook Billings had a match-high 23 kills while hitting .594 to lead the No. 3-ranked USC men's volleyball team to a 15-8, 15-7, 15-12 sweep at No. 15 Pacific in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match on Saturday (April 1).
USC improved to 18-4 overall and 13-3 in the MPSF, while Pacific dropped to 10-14 and 6-10.
Eli Fairfield added 20 kills while hitting .455 and 3 aces for the Trojans, while teammate Trevor Julian had 12 kills (hitting .625) and 6 digs.
For the Tigers, Dan Hoefer had a team-best 21 kills while hitting .421, Vladamir Andric added 19 kills (hitting .371) and Darrell Dillmore had 12 kills (hitting .588).
USC returns home for its next MPSF match on Friday (April 7) against UC San Diego at 7 p.m. in the North Gym.
