Sophomores T.J. Vogel and Martin Trainer turned in solid efforts to pace the USC men's golf team during the second round of the Ping/Golfweek Preview in Stillwater, Okla., on Monday (Sept. 27).
USC improved upon its rough outing on Sunday but is still in 15th place after two rounds at 60-over 636 (331-305). Host Oklahoma State is first at 584.
Trainer is tied for 45th at 10-over 154, pacing USC. Vogel had the low round for the Trojans Monday at 2-over 74, but after withdrawing from Sunday's round, he's not eligible for the individual standings.
