Suh Ties For 10th To Lead USC At Nike Collegiate

Trojans finish ninth overall.
Senior Justin Suh secured his 11th top 10 regular season finish in his last 12 tries, leading the USC men's golf team on the final day of the Nike Collegiate Invitational at Colonial C.C. in Fort Worth, Texas, on Tuesday (Oct. 2).
The Trojans finished ninth at 21-over 861 (286-284-291). Duke won the tournament at 2-under 838 for a six-stroke victory.
Suh tied for 10th at 1-under 209 (70-69-70), making birdies on 1 and 3 hold up against two bogeys on 2 and 15 in the final round.
Freshman Charlie Reiter tied for 23rd at 4-over 214 (69-72-73) with three birdies in his final round.
Sophomore Issei Tanabe couldn't find the same stroke he had in his first round, ultimately tying for 45th at 11-over 221 (68-78-75). Junior Kyle Suppa was 71st at 17-over 227 (83-71-73) while junior Ryan Slater was 73rd at 22-over 232 (79-72-81).
USC returns to action at the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate in Alpharetta, Ga., Oct. 19-21.
