Junior coming off Pac-12 title, two top 3 finishes in April.
Junior Justin Suh, fresh off his 2018 Pac-12 title while leading the Trojans to the team crown, has been named the Pac-12 Men's Golfer of the Month for April, the Pac-12 announced today.
Suh's fourth Pac-12 monthly honor this year comes after he captured medalist honors at the Pac-12 Championships (April 23-25) in leading the Trojans to their 20th conference title and first since 2011. He posted a 16-under 268 (68-64-65-71) to clear the field by four strokes. Suh, currently ranked No. 1 nationally by Golfweek, opened the month with a tie for third at the Western Intercollegiate (April 7-8) where he shot an 8-under 202 (67-68-67). He averaged 67.14 strokes over his seven rounds in April.Â
He now has 20 rounds under 70 this season, the most at Troy since Jamie Lovemark's 20 in 2007. He also boasts 22 rounds under par and 26 of par or better.
