Isaiah Mobley finished with a team-high 12 points. Jonah Mathews contributed 11 points and three assists for USC (17-5, 6-3 Pac-12) while Daniel Utomi had eight points and made 2 of 3 3-point attempts.

"We played fairly hard but unfortunately not fairly well so we just have to regroup," said USC coach Andy Enfield. "Colorado, credit to them, they played a complete game and they eve had some of the guys that aren't shooters out there making shots."
The Trojans hung with the Buffaloes early, but Colorado (17-5, 6-3 Pac-12) established its lead by going on an 8-0 run midway into the first half. USC went into halftime down 33-24.
The Buffaloes again hit USC with a 13-0 run early in the second half that stymied the Trojans for nearly seven minutes.
It was the second consecutive game that the Trojans dealt with shooting woes, as they finished 22-for-58 (37.9%) from the field. USC had shot at just a 37.3% clip in Thursday's 56-52 win over Utah.
"They're excellent defenders," Mobley said. "I've played with some of them before and they are excellent interior defenders, their defense was sinking in because they noticed that we weren't shooting well from the field. They made it tough on the inside to hit shots."
Tyler Bey had 16 points on 6-of-9 shooting and seven boards for Colorado.
The loss snapped a five-game winning streak at Galen Center for the Trojans.
Despite the fall, USC remains in the Pac-12 regular-season title race with 10 conference games left. The Trojans are among the Pac-12's five top teams with three losses, joining Colorado, No. 11 Oregon, Stanford and Arizona.
"Pac-12 this year is really good and everyone beats everyone," Mobley said. "Colorado is a good team with discipline, and they play hard. Credit to them but we just have to fix little things and things will go right."
USC heads to the desert next week, facing fellow conference contender Arizona in Tucson on Feb. 6 before playing against Arizona State in Tempe on Feb. 8. The Trojans return to Galen Center with a homestand against the Washington schools on Valentine's Day weekend.
