Liz Layton is in her second season as Director of Basketball Administration for the men’s basketball program. She brings with her a solid background in delivering exceptional clerical and operational support for professionals, as well as a true passion for the game of basketball. She quickly has established herself as a key member of the Trojan basketball family.
After studying Dance Education at Brigham Young University, Liz went on to Head Coach the Drill Team programs at Juan Diego Catholic High School in Draper, Utah and Lone Peak High School in Highland, Utah from 2013-2016. She then danced professionally for the NBA as a member of the Utah Jazz Dancers from 2017-2018.
In her role as USC’s Director of Basketball Administration, Liz oversees daily operations, analyzes financial approvals and payments, assists in coordinating travel arrangements and acts as a liaison for other departments throughout the USC campus community.
