HIGH SCHOOL: At La Cañada High School, O’Grady was a ten-time NISCA All-American and three-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American … Ranked 16th in the nation for the 500y free (4:22.86) and in the top 100 for the 100y fly (49.06) ... At the 2024 CIF State Championships, O’Grady placed third in both the 200y and 500y freestyle … Placed second in the 200y and 500y freestyle at the 2024 CIF-SS Division 1 Championship ... Finished high school career as a school-record holder in five events: the 100y free, 200y free, 500y free, and as a member of the 2022 400y free relay and 2023 200y free relay ... Was the highest point scorer at the California state level in LCHS swimming history.
