 - Three of her nine assists came in the postseason, including a two assist performance against Texas A&M in the second round, earning her Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week honorable mention

 - During her 2016 stint with the U-20 team, Jacobs played every minute of World Cup qualifying action and was named to the CONCACAF Best XI Team as a central defender
