Sabrina Smith is a graduate student middle blocker for the Women of Troy… transferred to USC from UCLA where she played in 55 matches (174 sets) and recorded 152 kills (0.87 kps) with a .331 career hitting percentage and a total of 246.5 points (1.42 pps)… finished with 132 blocks (0.76 bps), 88 digs, 24 assists, and 17 service aces.
2020-21 · UCLA
As a senior, Smith played in 21 matches and saw action in 73 sets… finished with 85 kills (1.16 kps) and a .395 hitting percentage… collected 48 blocks (0.66 bps), 13 assists, and 10 service aces, and finished with 121.5 points (1.66 pps)… reached new career highs in kills (8 at USC, Mar. 19), points (11.0 at Arizona State, Feb. 19), and digs (6 vs. Arizona, Feb. 26).

Sabrina Nicole Smith was born in Berkeley, Calif…. parents are Nadine and Eric Smith… youngest of three siblings, with brothers, Zachary and Ryan… the thing she likes most about volleyball is that it emphasizes good communication, trust, and support among teammates and coaches, while also teaching mental toughness… favorites things include the Golden State Warriors and NBA star Stephen Curry… biggest athletic thrill was winning the NCS title in 2016 and being named the game MVP by Cal-Hi Sports… hobbies include spending time with friends and family, watching and playing sports, photography and going to the beach… received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from UCLA in 2021… pursuing a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the USC Marshall School of Business.
