2020 · PLAYED SPRING 2021
As a freshman, Hastings appeared in 14 matches with six starts and played in 52 sets… collected 127 digs and shared team-high honors with 2.44 digs per set… reached double-digit digs five times with a season-high 25 digs against Oregon (Feb. 5)… had 28 assists with a season-best seven assists at Oregon State (Jan. 29).
HIGH SCHOOL
Hastings was a three-year letterwinner as an outside hitter and libero at Frisco Centennial High School in Frisco, Texas, under head coach Kari Bensend… AVCA High School All-America honorable mention… nominee for USA Today Dallas Female Athlete of the Year and Davey O’Brien Scholarship… three-time All-District selection and two-time District 9-5A Defensive Player of the Year and Most Valuable Player as a sophomore and junior… recorded a single-season total of 777 digs as a sophomore starter in 2017… four-time Academic All-District honoree… 2019 Texas Girls Coaches Association Academic All-State selection.
