LOS ANGELES (AP) - Ian Crosswhite scored 22 points and James Davis had 21, all on three-point shots, to lead Oregon to a 92-74 victory over USC on Friday night in a Pacific-10 Conference opener for both teams at the Sports Arena.
Davis made seven of 10 3-pointers, tying a career high and falling one short of the school's single-game record.
Crosswhite added a career-best 13 rebounds, Luke Jackson scored 14 points and Aaron Brooks had 13 points for the Ducks (6-2, 1-0).
Desmon Farmer led the Trojans (5-5, 0-1) with 15 points. Jeff McMillan added 14 points and nine rebounds.
Davis and Crosswhite combined on an 11-0 run to give Oregon a 49-33 halftime lead, and the Ducks never trailed during the second half.
Oregon forward Mitch Platt returned to action for the first time since Dec. 6, when he sprained his left ankle against Marshall. Platt had started the season's first three games.
The Ducks have won nine of their last 10 conference openers.
