USC T&F Set For NCAA Indoor Championships In Boston

Trojan men's and women's teams both ranked No. 6 entering meet
The No. 6-ranked USC women's and men's track and field teams will be competing at the 2024 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships to be held at the TRACK at new balance in Boston, Mass. on March 8-9.
The Trojans have 10 athletes qualified in 11 individual events, plus both relays. The athletes who are traveling to indoor nationals to represent USC are:
Women: Yemi John (400m), Allie Jones (Pentathlon), Jasmine Jones (60m H), Temi Ojora (TJ), Madison Whyte (200m) and 4x400m relay. Trojan women also available to be included in the relay are Jassani Carter, Takiya Cenci and Jan'Taijah Jones.
Men: Johnny Brackins Jr. (60m H, LJ), Justin Braun (60m), William Jones (400m), JC Stevenson (LJ), Travis Williams (60m) and the 4x400m relay. The USC men available to also compete in the relay include Jacob Andrews, Johnnie Blockburger and Nathan Cumberbatch.
Last year at the NCAA Indoor T&F Championships, the USC women's team placed 13th and the men's team tied for 23rd. 2024 qualifying individuals who scored at the 2023 NCAA Indoor Championships were Allie Jones (2nd, Pentathlon) and Johnny Brackins Jr. (5th, LJ). The USC men's 4x400m relay team took third and the women's relay placed fourth.
The Trojans will resume outdoor action on March 22-23 when it hosts the Ron & Sharlene Allice Trojan Invitational.
