THIS WEEK - The USC women's soccer team continues Big Ten play on the road this week, heading to Minnesota on Thursday and Wisconsin on Sunday.

BIG TEN RACE - Heading into the back half of the conference schedule, the defending Big Ten Champ Trojans are once again in the thick of the Big Ten title race. USC sits two points back of Washington in first and one point back of UCLA. The Trojans (4-2) have 12 points and are tied with Michigan State for third. Last season, USC went 10-0-1 in conference play to claim the regular-season Big Ten title outright. The Trojans have five conference matches remaining.

ALL-TIME SERIES VS MINNESOTA - USC and Minnesota have met twice in program history, with the Trojans holding a 0-1-1 all-time record against the Golden Gophers. The teams first faced off on August 26, 2012, when Minnesota claimed a 4-1 win in Los Angeles. Their most recent meeting came on September 26, 2024, ending in a 2-2 draw at Dignity Health Sports Park (USC's temporary home in Carson last season).

ALL-TIME SERIES VS WISCONSIN - USC holds a 2-1 all-time record against Wisconsin dating back to their first meeting in 2002, a 1-0 Badger win. Since then, the Trojans have won the last two matchups, including a 3-0 shutout on September 29, 2024, and a 3-1 victory in their most recent meeting on November 24, 2024 in the third round of the NCAA Tournament. All three contests have been home matchups for USC. Across the series, the Trojans have scored six goals while allowing two, averaging 2.0 goals per match.

SUNDAY VS OREGON - USC earned a hard-fought 1-0 victory on the road at Oregon on Friday afternoon, with Jaiden Anderson scoring the game-winner in the 86th minute. The Trojans controlled much of the match, outshooting the Ducks 15-9 and holding 64% of the possession, but it took until the final minutes to find the breakthrough. Bella Grust recorded her fifth clean sheet of the season with four saves, while the USC defense limited Oregon to just two first-half shots.

- Maribel Flores has been one of the driving forces for the Trojan offense this season, leading the team in goals and points. Her 15 points are 4th in the conference and her 6 goals are 4th. She is averaging 1.36 points per game (also 3rd in the Big Ten). Flores has 3 game-winning goals as well, which is 2nd in the conference and 29th in the nation.
- Jaiden Anderson is second on the team with 14 total points and 5 goals. Her 4 assists are 7th in the Big Ten and tops on the team and her 1.27 points per game are 4th in the conference. Anderson scored the first ever goal in Rawlinson Stadium history, converting on a PK in the season opener against CBU. She has 2 game-winning goals, including the most recent late winner against Oregon.
- Ines Derrien is 3rd for USC with 10 total points and 4 goals this season, while also posting 2 assists. Derrien posted a brace against CBU in the opener and had two assists and a goal against New Mexico State.
- Faith George has 2 goals and 2 assists so far this season. Her first goal was the equalizer against Pepperdine, with her first assist coming in the 4-0 opening night victory. Her most recent goal was the eventual game-winner against NM State, and she added her most recent assist in the Trojans' win at Michigan.
- Bella Grust has started every game in goal so far this season and has played all but 19 minutes in net for USC. Grust has 4 solo-shutouts and 1 combined shutout on the year, with a total of 30 saves.
