USC Women's Golf Heads to NCAA Lexington Regional

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – USC women's golf is headed to the south to play in the NCAA Lexington Regionals from Monday, May 5th through Wednesday, May 7th, at the Keene Trace Golf Club in Lexington, Ky. The Women of Troy will compete against teams they have yet to meet on the green this year, including one of the top three teams in the nation.
USC won the 2024 NCAA Regional in the East Lansing Regional. They will play to earn their 27th straight visit to the NCAA Championship.

WHERE: Keene Trace Golf Club – Champion Trace (Par 72)
WHEN: The first round will begin Monday, May 5th at 5 a.m. PT/8 a.m. ET. The second round will be played at the same time Tuesday, May 6th, and the tournament will conclude with the third and final round at the same time Wednesday, May 7th.

Bailey Shoemaker
Sophomore Bailey Shoemaker is headed to Kentucky after tying for 37th at the Big Ten Conference Championships. She finished in second place at the 2024 NCAA East Lansing Regionals, finishing nine-under-par. The sophomore hopes to duplicate that success this year in Lexington. She was also recently named to the All-Big Ten second team. Shoemaker has a stroke average of 73.07.
Catherine Park
Junior Catherine Park is headed to Regionals, coming off another top-10 finish, bringing her to a total of eight for the 2024-2025 season. She tied for 5th at the 2024 NCAA East Lansing Regionals and is aiming to place even higher this year. The junior was recently named to Team USA for the upcoming Arnold Palmer Cup for the second time in her collegiate career and to the All-Big Ten first team. Park has a stroke average of 71.04.
Kylie Chong
Freshman Kylie Chong is headed to Kentucky for her first collegiate NCAA Regionals. She tied for 50th at the Big Ten Championships with six birdies and 10 bogeys. The freshman has three top-25 finishes this season, including a top-five finish. Chong has a stroke average of 74.32.
Xin (Cindy) Kou
Senior Xin (Cindy) Kou is set to play in her last NCAA Regionals. She tied for 72nd in her last outing after finishing 15-over-par with one birdie and 14 bogeys. The senior had five top-25 finishes this season, one earning her a spot on the podium at third place. Kou has a stroke average of 74.79.
Jasmine Koo
Freshman Jasmine Koo is headed to Kentucky to participate in her first NCAA Regionals. She was recently named to the All-Big Ten first team alongside Catherine Park, as well as being named to Team USA for the upcoming Arnold Palmer Cup. The freshman was unanimously named the Big Ten Freshman of the Year after winning four tournaments in her collegiate debut season. USC also honored her with the "Female Newcomer of the Year" award at the 2025 Tommy Awards. Koo has led the team all year with a stroke average of 70.68.
