THIS SEASON: Nick Silvers will redshirt his second season at USC.
2015: Silvers scored 17 goals as a true freshman... A member of the 2015 NCAA Tournament roster... Scored in 10 games with five multiple-goal outings... Set career high with four goals against Chapman on Sept. 12.
NATIONAL TEAMS: Silvers was a member of the USA’s Cadet National Team.
HIGH SCHOOL: Silvers was named league Player of the Year as a senior out of Mater Dei High in Santa Ana... A member of two CIF championship teams... A two-time all-CIF first team selection... Also named to all-Orange County first team in 2014... Earned all-CIF second team honors as a sophomore and all-league second team accolades as a freshman... Won two CIF titles... Played club for Regency.
PERSONAL: Silvers is majoring in accounting and hopes to pursue a career as a CEO or CPA... Parents are Craig and Arlene... Has two brothers, Andrew and Scott, and two sisters, Chelsea and Cristen... Sister Chelsea also played water polo at USC, and brother Andrew is also currently on the USC men’s team... Enjoys going to the beach in his free time... Hopes to travel to Fiji... Born Jan. 14, 1997.
