THIS SEASON: Mihajlo Milicevic enters his final season at USC.
2016: Milicevic scored 15 goals as a junior... Scored in nine games with five mulitple-goal outings... Set career high with a hat trick in USC’s season-opening win over UC Irvine... Named to CoSIDA Academic All-America Division I At-Large Third Team... Also was the NCAA Elite 90 Award winner... An MPSF Scholar-Athlete, also earned ACWPC All-Academic honors.
2015: Milicevic scored 19 goals as a sophomore... Earned All-American Honorable Mention... Named to NCAA All-Tournament First Team... Scored in 17 games with two two-goal outings... Named to CoSIDA Academic All-America Division I At-Large Second Team... Also was the NCAA Elite 90 Award winner... Earned ACWPC All-Academic honors and was an MPSF Scholar-Athlete.
2014: Milicevic scored 27 goals as a true freshman at USC... Scored three goals at the NCAA Tournament... Earned All-American Honorable Mention... Also named to NCAA All-Tournament Second Team... Scored in 19 games with eight two-goal outings, including a pair in the NCAA Semifinal victory.
NATIONAL TEAMS: Milicevic was a member of Serbia’s Cadet and Junior National Teams... Won a gold medal at the 2011 Junior World Championships and silver at the 2012 European Junior Championship... Also won bronze with Serbia at the 2013 World University Games.
HIGH SCHOOL: Milicevic attended the Sports Gymnasium in Belgrade and went on to study for a year at Visoka skola za Projektni Menadzment... Playing for Red Star, finished first at the 2012-13 and 2013-14 Serbia National Championships... Also won the 2013 and 2014 Serbia National Cup, the 2013 European Water Polo Champions League and the LEN Water Polo Super Cup with Red Star... Also played club for Belgrade on the cadet and junior teams, winning seven Serbian League titles... Named the top scorer at the 2008 Beoval Tournament.
PERSONAL: Milicevic is majoring in business administration… Parents are Milic and Lidija… Has two sisters, Mirjana and Jelena… Lists Vladimir Vujasinovic as his biggest sports hero… Enjoys reading, movies and music in his free time… Hopes to travel to Hawaii and Cuba… Born June 12, 1993.
