2016: Wilson will serve as a walk-on reserve redshirt freshman tight end in 2015.
2015: He redshirted as a reserve tight end as a first-year freshman walk-on at USC in 2015.
HIGH SCHOOL: He played quarterback and tight end as a 2014 senior at Serra High in Gardena (Calif.). He completed 47-of-82 passes for 610 yards (57.3%) for 610 yards with 1 TD and 4 interceptions in 2014, plus he ran for 96 yards on 15 carries (6.4 avg) with 1 TD, he caught 18 passes for 310 yards (17.2 avg) with 7 TDs and he averaged 36.5 yards on 32 punts. Current Trojans Oluwole Betiku, Deontay Burnett, Rasheem Green, Jalen Greene, John Houston, Adoree' Jackson, Jalen Jones, C.J. Pollard and Olajuwon Tucker also prepped at Serra.
He also played basketball at Serra.
He previously played quarterback at North Oconee High in Bogart (Ga.) as a 2013 junior, but missed that season with an injury (he did play basketball there), and at Starkville (Miss.) High as a 2012 sophomore while earning All-State second team honors as he threw for 1,200 yards and 12 TDs in 5 games.
PERSONAL: He is a communication major at USC with a B average (3.20 GPA). His father, Chris, was USC's defensive line coach in 2014 and 2015 and is now with the Philadelphia Eagles.
