THIS SEASON: Chase Koplow enters his second season of competition at USC.
2015: Koplow was sixth on the team in scoring with 22 goals as a redshirt freshman... Named MPSF Player of the Week on Sept. 28 after scoring a hat trick against Long Beach State... Scored in 13 games with five multiple-goal outings... First career goal was scored Sept. 12 against Whittier... Set career high with four goals against Redlands on Sept. 19... A member of the 2016 NCAA Tournament roster... An MPSF Scholar-Athlete.
2014: Koplow redshirted his first season at USC.
HIGH SCHOOL: Koplow played four seasons of water polo at Boca Raton Community High in Florida, where he graduated early and spent a semester abroad playing water polo... Played for Crvena Zuezda in Serbia and with Ferencvaros (FTC) in Hungary after graduating from high school... Named Palm Beach County Player of the Year in 2013... A three-time all-county first-team selection... Led team in scoring, steals and assists... Also swam in high school... Played club for South Florida WPC... An honor student.
PERSONAL: Koplow is majoring in real estate development... Parents are Erin and Jeff... Has one sister, Maci... Enjoys surfing and relaxing at the beach with friends in his free time... Lists Michael Jordan as his biggest sports hero... Has always wanted to play for and win a national championship... Hopes to travel to more of Eastern Europe as well as Africa and Australia... Would like to travel and play professional water polo after graduation... Born Nov. 8, 1995.
