HIGH SCHOOL: Burke swam for four years and played water polo for two at Palos Verdes (Calif.) High... As a senior, named to All-CIF Division III Third Team and all-league second team... Team won league championship in 2011... Also was an All-CIF swimmer as a senior... Played club for Palos Verdes and Trojan Water Polo... An honor student.
PERSONAL: Burke is majoring in communication... Parents are Kevin and Leslie... Has one brother, Riley, and two sisters, Eaven and Siobhan... Brother Riley and father Kevin also played water polo at USC... Parents also attended USC... Lists watching USC beat Cal in Berkeley for the 2010 NCAA Championship as his most thrilling sports moment... Enjoys surfing, biking, music and books in his free time...
