THIS SEASON
Hillary Schwarzbach is a tall, experienced and swift defender who is expected to move back into her starting position now that she has healed from last year[apos]s ACL injury. She will anchor the back line for the Trojans in her final season at USC. 2004 JUNIOR SEASON
Schwarzbach never missed a game until 2004, when she started and played 45 minutes in the opener against Rhode Island on Aug. 27 before tearing her ACL and missing the duration of the season. 2003 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Schwarzbach started in all 21 matches... Registered two shots on the season (Aug. 29 at Florida State and Oct. 24 vs. Arizona)... Was a member of the Pleasanton Rage club soccer team that won the 2004 U-19 U.S. Youth Soccer national championships. 2002 FRESHMAN SEASON
Schwarzbach showed versatility in her 2002 freshman season, playing at both the forward and defender position and starting every match... Notched her lone assist on Oct. 13 in a 2-0 win against California... Registered a season-high three shots in the season opener on Aug. 30 vs. Wisconsin. HIGH SCHOOL
Schwarzbach earned All-Santa Cruz Athletic League honors as a senior at San Lorenzo Valley High in Felton, Calif... Was named 2002 San Lorenzo Valley High Athlete of the Year... Named to the San Jose Mercury News first team as a senior... Also ran on the cross country and track teams... Cross county team won the 1999 and 2000 Division III state championships...
