2018
As a junior, LeGrand appeared in 14 matches and played in 37 sets… got her first collegiate start against Washington (Nov. 8)… finished with 16 digs and six service aces… served a career-best four service aces at UCLA (Nov. 23).
2017
As a sophomore, LeGrand appeared in one match and played in one set.
2016
As a freshman, LeGrand appeared in five sets in four separate matches… finished her first season with one service ace (one point) and two digs.
HIGH SCHOOL
LeGrand was a four-year letterwinner as an outside hitter at Papillion-LaVista South High School in Papillion, Neb., under head coaches Gwen Egbert, Elena Pietro, and Brad Riechmuth… 2015 Gatorade Nebraska Volleyball Player of the Year… MaxPreps.com No. 1-ranked player from Nebraska… 2015 PrepVolleyball Defensive Dandies honoree… 2015 Under Armour All-America second team and PrepVB High School All-American… helped lead her high school to the 2012 Nebraska State Championship and PrepVB National Championship… Class A All-Conference first-team honors as a junior and senior… Nebraska All-State as a junior and a senior and served as captain as a senior… 2013 AVCA Phenom… and 2013 JVA All-National Team… led state of Nebraska in kills as a junior and senior… finished with 485 kills and 443 digs as a senior… member of the National Honors Society… also lettered for four years as a power forward in basketball.

Raegan Noel LeGrand was born on Dec. 16, 1997, in Omaha, Neb.… parents are Nate and Alyssa LeGrand… has two sisters, Mara and Ava… father Nate played basketball at Doane College (Crete, Neb.) and mother Alyssa played volleyball at Midland University (Fremont, Neb.)… two cousins on mother’s side of family each played collegiate volleyball: Tatum Ailes (Missouri ‘08) was the 2005 Big 12 Libero of the Year and Gabi Ailes (Stanford ‘11) was an All-American libero for the Cardinal… maternal aunt Sondra (Lima) Thornton played volleyball at Northwestern State (97-98) and West Virginia (1999)… lists mixed-martial arts fighter Ronda Rousey as her sports heroine and is obsessed (in her own words) with NBA basketball all-star LeBron James… majoring in communication.
