USC Men's Basketball Returns Home To Face Washington

The Trojans will celebrate their seven seniors during their final home game of the regular season.
LOS ANGELES – The USC Men's Basketball team (14-15, 6-12 Big Ten) will play their final home game of the regular season as they take on Washington this Wednesday, March 5. These two teams played each other earlier in the season in Seattle, where the Trojans came out with the 85-61 win.
SCOUTING THE HUSKIES
Rashaun Agee had a career game against Oregon as he grabbed 29 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks. He is the first player for the Trojans to earn a double-double this year. Not only that, but he is crashing the boards as he is fourth in the Big Ten in offensive rebounding percentage (11%). According to CBB Analytics, Agee sits in the 95th percentile in the following categories over the last five games: effective field goal percentage (66.7%), offensive rebounding percentage (19.1%), two-point field goal percentage (72.0%), true shooting percentage (68.6%), steal percentage (4.1%) and block percentage (9.3%).
BY THE HALF
When looking at the team's numbers in the first half compared to the second half, USC has some different numbers to compare. The Trojans have shot better in the first half compared to the second, coming in with a 48.8 field goal percentage in the first half compared to shooting at a 47.5 percent clip in the second. However, the team tends to score more points in the second half, averaging 39.3 points in the second half compared to 37.1 in the first half.

- Heading into Wednesday's matchup, Washington is 13-16 and 4-14 in Big Ten play and sit at the bottom of the conference standings. The Huskies are coming off four straight losses against Rutgers, Iowa, Wisconsin and Indiana. They are also 2-8 when playing away from home this season. The Huskies are 0-10 when scoring 70 points or less this season.

The last time Osobor played USC on Dec. 7, he only scored nine points and committed four turnovers.
- Sophomore guard Tyler Harris has provided positive output in a complementary role for the Huskies as he averages 11.9 points per game while shooting at 49.6 percent on the season. The Californian is shooting 46.3 percent from behind the three-point line while also leading the Huskies with 1.1 blocks per game.
- Freshman guard Vazoumana Diallo has also been a shining light for the Huskies as he leads the team in assists, averaging 3.1 per game.
