Bio
CAREER: He has appeared in 27 games in his career, with 10 starts (5 at right guard, 3 at left tackle and 2 at right tackle). He has 1 career tackle.
2024: Murphy will compete to start on the offensive line as a redshirt junior in 2024.
2023: Murphy saw action in all 13 games making 5 starts on the offensive line as a redshirt sophomore in 2023. He made all 5 of his starts at right guard.
2022: Murphy saw action in all 14 games, starting in 3 at left tackle and 2 at right tackle (Arizona, California, Colorado, UCLA and Utah [P12]), as a redshirt freshman in 2022. He helped the Trojan offensive line unit to be selected as a Joe Moore Award Semifinalist.

HIGH SCHOOL: He made 2020 PrepStar All-American and 2021 MaxPreps All-State first team, Los Angeles Times All-Area first team and All-Trinity League first team as a senior 2-way tackle at JSerra Catholic High in San Juan Capistrano (Calif.).
PERSONAL: He is majoring in Sociology at USC.
