USC T&F Opens Indoor Season At Spokane Sports Showcase Friday

Trojans send 36 student-athletes to compete
The USC Track and field team will open the indoor season at the Spokane Sports Showcase held at The Podium in Spokane, Wash. on Jan. 12. The meet will kickoff the third season with USC Olympic hero Quincy Watts at the helm of the Trojans' track and field program.
The meet runs from 10 a.m.-3:25 p.m. on Friday and will feature a strong field of West Coast schools which includes Fresno State, Gonzaga, Hawai'i, San Jose State, Stanford, UNLV and Washington State.
USC is scheduled to send 36 athletes to the Cougar Classic, with six men and six women making their debuts wearing the Cardinal & Gold.
USC athletes scheduled to compete in Washington are:
Men: Ashton Allen, Jacob Andrews, Di'Niko Bates, Johnnie Blockburger, Justin Braun, Bryce Brock, Nathan Cumberbatch, Elias Gerald, Charlie Jeffreson, Curtis Johnson III, Jaelen Knox, Josh Ligas, Yougendy Mauricette, Nickolas Miller, Darius Rainey, JC Stevenson, Max Thomas, Travis Williams
