2024: Smith earned All-America honors in the 100m hurdles with a time of 12.96 (-0.5) to place eighth at the NCAA Championships on June 8. She ran a PR of 12.77 (+0.8) in the NCAA semifinals on June 6 to move into seventh on USC’s all-time list. Smith ran a wind-aided career-best of 12.75 (+2.5w) to advance fifth out of the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds on May 25. She scored at the Pac-12 Championships in the 100m hurdles for the third consecutive season, placing fourth with a time of 13.39 (-2.4w) on May 12. After the season, Smith competed at the U.S. Olympic Trials and advanced to the semifinals in the 100m hurdles.
2023: Smith set her then 100m hurdles PR and moved into eighth on USC’s all-time list by running 12.88 (+1.0) in the NCAA West Prelims first round, but was called for a false start in the quarterfinals, keeping her from advancing to nationals. She placed third in the 100m hurdles with a time of 13.11 (-0.1) at the Pac-12 Championships…she posted a time of 12.93 (+1.7) in the prelims. She won the 100m hurdles at the Trojan Invitational on April 8 (13.20) and at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on April 30 (13.07). She ran her first career 400m hurdles race and had a time of 60.36 to take second at the Dual Meet. She did not compete during the indoor season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Smith is a 2021 graduate of DeSoto High in DeSoto, Texas. She won the 2021 Texas UIL State Championship 100m hurdles title with a wind-aided PR of 12.93 (6.1w) and was second in the 300m hurdles with a school record-time of 42.46. She helped lead DeSoto to its ninth state title, tied for second-most in Texas. She also ran the leadoff leg for the 4x100m relay which took third with the fourth-fastest national time of 45.22. Smith was undefeated in the 100m hurdles and her 12.93w time as the national leader. She was ranked the No 15 overall recruit by Mile Split, after being named the second-fastest 100m hurdler in the Class of 2021. She is a two-time national leader in the 100m hurdles and has wind-legal bests of 13.42 in the 100m hurdles, 42.14 in the 300m hurdles and 11.77 in the 100m dash. She took second with her 100m hurdles PR at the 2019 UIL Class 6A Championships to rank U.S. No. 6 and Texas' No. 7 all-time effort. Smith won the 60m hurdles at the 2020 Texas A&M High School Indoor Classic, won the 100m hurdles at the 2020 Lancaster Meet of Champions and was third in the 300m hurdles with a time of 43.67. She also won the 300m hurdles with a time of 44.46 at the 2020 DeSoto Nike Invitational.

Jordan, favorite movie is Avatar and favorite musical artist is Beyonce…Says her sports hero is Iron Man because he was innovative…Her favorite foods are seafood and burgers…Someday would like to visit Africa….She is a Communication and Broadcasting major at USC.
